Our visual designers are experts in using color, graphics, and other visual elements to elicit positive emotions, reinforce the brand personality, and improve the usability of a Web site or application. They follow the latest research, which they use to make the best possible design recommendations for clients.

Gregg Almquist, Principal
Gregg has been creating usable experiences for Web sites and applications for more than 15 years. His clients include Fortune 500 companies as well as start ups. He’s worked with clients in a variety industries including healthcare, insurance, financial, retail, technology, services, non-profit, and entertainment. Prior to founding eXperient, Gregg built and was Director of the User Experience Team at H&R Block.
Gregg holds an MS in Human Factors in Information Design from Bentley University. He is also an adjunct lecturer at Bentley University and Emerson College, where he teaches usability and information architecture courses.
Marc Sill, Principal
Marc has more than 10 years of interactive media design experience. What sets Marc apart from other creative directors is that he knows how to use the visual design not only to make a visual impact but also to enhance the usability of a website or application.
Marc has received numerous MIMIC awards, and has been featured by Adobe on their Flash site of the day. His work on the FAO Schwarz site was featured in the book, Redesigning Web Sites, by Stefan Mumaw. Marc holds a BFA from RISD.
