Conference Registration
Thank you for registering for the Group 1's 2006 Users Conference. There are many things included in your registration fee. Here are a few things to note:
Sessions
Sessions vary in length from 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours. Between sessions, light snacks and full beverage service will be provided each day. Wednesday and Thursday sessions begin at 8:30 am and end at 5:30 pm. On Friday, sessions begin at 8:30 am and end at 12:00 noon. Friday there will be a general closing session (immediately following the final session). Make plans to attend and learn the location of Group 1's 2007 Users Conference!
Meals
Breakfast will be provided all three mornings of the conference.
Lunch will be provided on Wednesday and Thursday.
A Cocktail Reception will be held on Wednesday evening in our Solutions Center to provide customers an opportunity to visit with various vendors and Group 1 associates demonstrating products in the Solutions Center.
The Customer Appreciation Party
One of the highlights of the Users Conference is the Thursday evening Customer Appreciation Party! If this is your first or twenty-fifth Group 1 Users Conference, then you have something to look forward to. The party is our way of saying "thanks" for being a Group 1 customer. After days of pre-conference intensives, sessions, hands-on product labs and solutions center visits, relax with us at our "Viva Las Vegas" night.
We will transform the ballroom at the Hilton Chicago into our own little Vegas. You will have the chance to try your luck playing Texas Hold'em, Craps or Roulette (no currency is exchanged). If you aren't a gambler, you can stop by the photo booth to get a complimentary picture — so feel free to dress like you are in Las Vegas. Stop by the fortune tellers and see what fortune your future holds. As always, there will be dancing — be sure to pack your dancing shoes.
The evening will include appetizers, several main course choices, side dishes and a terrific selection of desserts! We know our future holds a lot of fun and hope you will plan to join us for the evening in Las Vegas. "Thank you, thank you very much."
