Welcome to the Blue Heron Pond Homeowners Association Web site. We are a small deed restricted community of 100 single family homes, 5 miles from the Gulf of Mexico and downtown Venice. Interstate 75, Sarasota and destinations in Southwest Florida are within minutes of our location.

  • Blue Heron Pond Homeowners Association, Inc. has contracted with Keys-Caldwell, Inc. to serve as the Association's management company and listed agent of record. Keys-Caldwell is now the official physical and mailing location for all Association business.   • Reminder! speed limit 20 miles per hour all times. We value the lives of our children!
  • Pet Owners:
    • Sarasota County Ordinance Chapter 14 requires dogs and cats be leashed when off the homeowner's own property.
    • When walking your leashed dog through the community, it is your responsibility to pick up all dog droppings.
